Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your size, and add to basket. Checkout takes under two minutes. You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within one hour of placing them. Please email contact@diduo.co as soon as possible. After dispatch, orders cannot be cancelled but you may return them under our returns policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–8 working days. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is free on all orders, storewide — no minimum spend required.

Returns

What is your returns policy?

You may return items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Please email contact@diduo.co with your order number to begin a return.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving the returned items. The funds will appear in your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. Email us at contact@diduo.co with your order number and the size you need. Subject to availability, we will arrange an exchange free of charge.

How do I find my size?

All Diduo shoes use standard UK sizing. Visit our Size Guide for a full UK/EU/US conversion chart and measurement instructions. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up half a size.

What materials are your shoes made from?

Materials vary by collection and style — full details are listed on each product page. We use premium leathers, suedes, and sustainable textiles selected for durability and comfort.
