Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days. Free on orders over £50, otherwise £3.95.

Express Delivery: 1–2 business days. £6.95.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at qiju@klovr.co and we will investigate with the courier.
