Order Processing
Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on working days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking updates are available within 24 hours of dispatch.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@diduo.co.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. Parcels are held for 7 days before being returned to us. If an order is returned due to a failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
