14-Day Returns

We want you to love your Diduo shoes. If they are not quite right, return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

Email us at contact@diduo.co with your order number and reason for return
We will send you return instructions within 24 hours
Pack the items securely in the original packaging
Drop the parcel at your nearest Royal Mail post office
Keep your proof of postage

Return Conditions

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Shoes must be unworn and in original condition
Original packaging must be included
Sale items can be returned for store credit only

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving your return. The funds will appear in your account within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or style, email us at contact@diduo.co with your order number and the item you would like. Subject to availability, we will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at contact@diduo.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
